Oh yes, Living Instruments. We believe we are called to give/offer ourselves as living sacrifices/instruments to God Almighty and this is a spiritual act of worship. Dancing before Our Heavenly Father is a way we desire to bring glory to Him. He gives life to us, allows us to move freely, and desires our worship. As He gives life, we give ourselves, and He then blesses us with His love and His freedom - I’m tellin ya, there’s nothing like it!!!
I remember watching my daughter dance with Living Instruments years ago….hmmmm, at least 10 years ago. It blessed me so much to watch them give glory to God…there’s still a feeling of being apart of the dance even though I wasn’t participating….but then….finally, the day came….I joined and haven’t stopped.
During worship dance, FREEDOM comes. It is a supernatural thing by Almighty God. When we focus on Our Maker, Our Savior and let go of the fear of man, there is a release that happens. There is more that happens than giving ourselves in dance before God. He touches us and empowers us to who He has created us to be…..at church and wherever we go.
We are a team brought together by God to bring glory to Him through dance. We come from all kinds of backgrounds. On Sunday afternoons from 4:00pm-6:00pm we gather for a Word of God time, pray, seek God to choreograph songs, learn new dances, and review old ones as time permits.
In 2008, we have a vision to:
*Get the choreographed dances recorded and on the web site to share
*Create a DVD of dances with CWBs (Crossway Worship Band) songs
*Be an encouragement to the world and to the body of Christ by sharing what God has blessed us with
